What it is
The Sunpura S6000 is the high-capacity all-in-one in the range, built for larger homes and for installers who need to scale. It carries four MPPT solar inputs and 314 Ah cells rated up to 10,000 cycles, and it stacks and parallels far higher than the compact models.
Made to scale
Start at 6 kWh and expand to 24 kWh in a single system, or parallel multiple units up to 144 kWh for larger residential and light commercial jobs. The 144 kWh figure is six units, each already stacked to its full 24 kWh, joined by a parallel connection box, which is a separate product. Six base units give 36 kWh. Parallel operation is drawn across all three phases and most South African homes are single-phase, so ask us to size a multi-unit system before you plan around a headline number. Dual-band Wi-Fi with RS485 and LAN gives installers robust monitoring and integration options.
Why all-in-one matters
- Inverter and four MPPT solar inputs built in: connect a larger array directly.
- Long life: 314 Ah cells rated at least 10,000 cycles at 70% state of health.
- Scales from a single home up to 144 kWh, with six stacked units and a parallel box.
- Professional connectivity: dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, RS485 and LAN.
A note on cycle testing: the S6000 cycle figure is measured at 0.5C, while the S2400 and S4800 are measured at 1.0C. The measurement conditions differ, so the numbers are not directly comparable.
Certification
The S6000 carries European and international certification (CE/EMC, RED, LVD, CB, RoHS, REACH, UN38.3, IP65, WEEE, VDE 4105, EN 50549 and more). We publish this as CE and CB certification, and we claim no South African approval.
