What it is
The Sunpura S6000 AC Pro is the high-power, AC-coupled member of the range. It shares the 6 kWh battery of the S6000 but uses a heavier 3,500 W Power Box and couples onto an existing solar system over AC (with dual-CT metering) rather than taking panels directly. It is built for larger retrofits where more backup power matters.
High-power retrofit for bigger homes
If a home already runs solar but needs serious storage and stronger backup, the S6000 AC Pro adds 6 kWh (expandable to 24 kWh, and up to 144 kWh in parallel) with 3,500 W of continuous output and a 4,950 VA surge. Dual-band Wi-Fi with RS485 and LAN gives installers robust monitoring.

A note on cycle testing: the S6000 AC Pro cycle figure is measured at 0.5C, while the 48 V S2400 and S4800 are measured at 1.0C, so the numbers are not directly comparable.

European and international certification (CE/EMC, RED, LVD, CB, RoHS, REACH, UN38.3, IP65, WEEE, VDE 4105, EN 50549 and more). South African NRCS and NRS 097-2-1 compliance is being completed as part of Sunpura’s market entry; we make no South African certification or grid feed-in claims until it is in place.
