Warranty at a glance

  • 10-year warranty on the Sunpura all-in-one units.
  • LiFePO4 cells rated for long cycle life (8,000 cycles on the S2400; the S6000-series 314 Ah cells are rated up to 10,000 cycles, measured at their stated C-rate).
  • Warranty terms cover the integrated unit as a whole, not separate component warranties.

How support works

Sunpura is distributed for Africa by JoJo Energy B.V., with in-country support building around the October launch. Installers get a single point of contact for technical questions, commissioning help and returns, rather than chasing separate inverter and battery suppliers.

Returns and RMA

If a unit needs to be returned, the RMA process runs through your distributor contact. Because the product is one integrated unit, there is one process to follow rather than diagnosing which of several components is at fault. Your distributor contact walks you through it.

Registering a system

Product registration and monitoring run through the Sunpura HOME app (Wi-Fi or Bluetooth), which also gives the homeowner and installer visibility of performance and state of charge.
